Vitor wants a TUE for fight with Weidman

The main reason why Belfort might be denied is that he was busted for steroids several years ago after a fight. The situation beings up the issue of TRT — should it be allowed in MMA at all, is it an unfair advantage? What about the argument that Vitor needs testosterone, that without it, he could be putting his life in danger?
